Payment: We will send you an invoice after we received your registration. We ask you to pay the course fee in advance by bank transfer until two weeks prior to the start of the course. By receiving the course fee we will confirm your registration. You can also send us a cheque via registered mail to our office in Munich (LMU Munich Medical International, Schillerstr. 53, D-80336 Munich). Bank transfers should include name, course title course date, and be addressed to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy: Registration is binding. If for any reason a registered participant is unable to attend, substitution is always possible and preferred. All cancellations must be in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days before course start are subjected to a service charge of 50% of the course fee. 70% is charged if you cancel within 3 days before the start of the course. If a participant cancels on the day of the course or does not appear at all, we can give no refund. In case of any cancellation there is always an option to participate in the same course at another time subject to a 10% handling charge. In case we do not receive enough registrations, we keep the right to cancel courses. The final decision on this will be made three weeks prior to the course starts. In such circumstances the course will be postponed or fees will be refunded.
