Ultrasound Training Academy Dubai

Key to a good training academy is the possibility to have a ready access to patients as well as a nice location and a good technical setup. We are happy to have our 5000 sqf training center in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City in close proximity to some excellent hotel facilities.

Educational methods

Based on the longstanding teaching experience of the Medical Faculty of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich new interactive trainee centred teaching methods form the core of the Ultrasound Training Academy Dubai.

Since the retention rate of lectures is less than 5 %, our educational approach focuses on small, interactive learning using practical examples wherever possible. Key to our courses is the small group teaching format, which facilitates questions and answers, and tailors the educational experience to meet the specific needs of individual participants. This detailed discussion of clinical problems results in a retention rate of knowledge of more than 50 %. The interaction with clinical experts and the use of real patients moreover guarantee clinical relevance and an attractive teaching time. Lecture time is kept to an absolute minimum.

A unique computer assisted set up allows every participant to interact with the trainers and also forms a platform for assessments. The course concept is completed by specific interactive material, thus allowing the participants to adequately prepare for the courses and do a post course work up.

All participants become part of a world wide network of experts and thus can continuously benefit from all other course participants and trainers.
